For the sixth straight year, a teenager won the prestigious amateur tournament at Naples National Golf Club, with Emiliano Grillo of Argentina holding off another 18-year-old, Patrick Rodgers of Avon, Ind., on Sunday to win by a stroke. The format change also made it a Golfweek/Titleist Rankings event, changing the dynamic of its field.

"It feels great," Grillo said. "I've wanted this for a long time, and I'm pretty happy."

Grillo is actually older than the past two champions, who were both 16-year-olds (Justin Thomas and Matt Ceravolo). Bud Cauley, now at Alabama, was 18 when he won in 2008, Peter Uihlein was 17 in 2007, and so was 2006 champ Arnond Vongvanij.
